Free back pain talk

Friday 26th June, 12.15 - 1.15 at The Acupucnture Clinic, Hove. Penny Little and James Adatia - Osteopath - will be talking about causes of back pain and giving ideas and tips on how to manage back problems through diet, exercise and treatment. All welcome.

New - Machine sessions in Lewes!

New classes in Hove!

From Monday 20th April Penny will be running 3 new classes at The Acupuncture Clinic, Portland Road, Hove:
9.30 am General Pilates
11 am Pilates for Seniors
5.30pm Pilates for Runners

And sadly......

Penny will be giving up her Reigate classes after Easter, and concentrating on her work in Brighton and Hove. It will be sad to say goodbye to my Reigate and Redhill clients, some of whom have been with me since I started teaching! However the classes will be taken over by Jude Hirchheimer and will continue to run at the same venues, so you don't have to miss your regular class!

Welcome to Core Pilates

Pilates matwork classes in Brighton & Hove

Classes are taught by Penny Little, a dedicated and enthusiastic teacher of Pilates. The exercises are safe to perform when taught under proper guidance, and ideally are taught in small groups. At Core Pilates class sizes are kept to a maximum of 12 people - with back care and pregnancy classes being smaller than this. Pilates is an exercise system that coordinates mind, body and breath. It is suitable for all ages and abilities.

Penny is also a qualified Nutritional Therapist (dip. raw., mBANT). The two disciplines can often be interlinked. Muscular-skeletal imbalances can affect our digestive system or our breathing, for example. Back pain or joint pain can be managed through diet.
