Pilates in Winchester and Kings Worthy
Classes are taught by Penny Little, a dedicated and enthusiastic teacher of Pilates who has been teaching since 2004. Click here for Penny’s video on how she works. Pilates exercises are safe to perform when taught under proper guidance, and can help with conditions such as ongoing back pain, shoulder injuries, arthritis and to improve core stability. At Core Pilates class sizes are kept to a maximum of 12 people – with the Back Care class kept to 6. There are also specific classes such as Pilates for Runners, Pilates for Seniors, Back Care Pilates and Pregnancy Pilates. Pilates is an exercise system that coordinates mind, body and breath. It is suitable for all ages and abilities. Penny also teaches one-to-ones and on Pilates machines.

Penny is also a qualified Nutritional Therapist (dip. raw., mBANT, CNHC), practicing since 2005. The two disciplines can often be interlinked. Muscular-skeletal imbalances can affect our digestive system or our breathing, for example. Back pain or joint pain can be managed through diet.
