Pilates classes, equipment Studio and Pilates Therapy in Kings Worthy, Hants

Classes and studio sessions are taught by Penny Little, a dedicated and enthusiastic teacher of Pilates who has been teaching since 2004. Click here for Penny’s video on how she works. Pilates exercises are safe to perform when taught under proper guidance, and can help with conditions such as ongoing back pain, shoulder injuries, arthritis and to improve core stability. At Core Pilates class sizes are kept to a maximum of 12 people. In the studio, exercises are taught on Pilates machines as private sessions, two-to-ones or small groups. If you come in with a niggle or an injury we don’t guess at what is going on, we assess you thoroughly in order to put together a bespoke exercise programme, or to know when to refer you on. Pilates is an exercise system that coordinates mind, body and breath and is suitable for all ages and abilities. Penny continually updates her skills and recently qualified as a Certified Pilates Therapist.
More About Core Pilates

Integrated approach

Penny is also a qualified Nutritional Therapist (dip. raw., mBANT, CNHC), practicing since 2005. The two disciplines can often be interlinked. Muscular-skeletal imbalances can affect our digestive system or our breathing, for example. Back pain or joint pain can be managed through diet. Penny applies an holistic approach to her work and believes that this provides the best long-term solution for her clients. For more information on Nutritional Therapy click on the link below.
