Very pleased to announce that I am now a Certified Pilates Therapist, after two years of training. My training gives me a deeper practice in palpation and hands on techniques, an understanding of joint surface anatomy and the ability to use objective screens to ascertain whether my clients need either referring on to specialists or to help me choose the best exercise for their needs. Also I am now trained in using K-taping, Muscle Energy Technique and Trigger Pointing and also Neurodynamics, which has revolutionised the way I teach!

We are reopening from Tuesday 20th April 2021, for one to ones, two to ones and small group sessions. Please get in touch if you would like to book.

During this time of lockdown / social distancing, I will be providing mat classes and one-to-one sessions via Zoom. These are working really well, the content is clear and I can correct people by watching them perform the exercises. Please contact me if you would like to join in.
