Pilates & Wellbeing day, 14th Oct 2018

Join Penny for a day of Pilates and nutritious food in a beautiful country setting. There will be Pilates from 10.15 – 12.45, followed by a delicious lunch provided by Thrive Cafe of Winchester, a nutrition Q&A and short country walk, finishing with more Pilates from 2.30 – 4pm. A totally refreshing day! All abilities welcome.

£65 for the day, including lunch, 10am – 4pm.

New Pilates studio!

I’m very excited to announce that early in 2018 I will be opening a Pilates studio in Kings Worthy. I will have Pilates machines including the Reformer, Cadillac and Wunda Chair and will be providing one-to-one and small group sessions. Watch this space!!!

New Thursday Beginners Course

Starts 14th Sep 2017. 12.30pm – 1.30pm on Thursdays in Kings Worthy. This will be a course aimed at beginners who want to learn Pilates to improve their strength and flexibility or to help manage a back or joint issue. After the six weeks you will be able to join one of my regular classes. Please contact Penny to book a place.

Pilates for Runners class

New! Pilates for Runners, Wednesdays 6pm – 7.15pm in Kings Worthy. This class will focus on traditional core strengthening along with specific exercises to benefit runners, such as alignment work for ankle/knee/hips; hamstring & glut strengthening; pelvic alignment; back release and effective breathing.
