New Thursday Beginners Course

Starts 14th Sep 2017. 12.30pm – 1.30pm on Thursdays in Kings Worthy. This will be a course aimed at beginners who want to learn Pilates to improve their strength and flexibility or to help manage a back or joint issue. Pilates for Runners class

New! Pilates for Runners, Wednesdays 6pm – 7.15pm in Kings Worthy. This class will focus on traditional core strengthening along with specific exercises to benefit runners, such as alignment work for ankle/knee/hips; hamstring & glut strengthening; pelvic alignment; back release and effective breathing. Penny will be teaching again at the gorgeous Cortijo Romero, 12th August – 19th August 2017.
